40-Hour PCA Virtual Training Program

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must provide two valid forms of identification 

  All payments for the 40-Hour PCA Virtual Training Program are non-refundable once the participant has been registered and granted access to the Care Academy training platform.

If you need to cancel before your Care Academy account has been activated, you may contact Next Generation Home Care to request a refund. Approved refunds may be subject to any applicable processing fees.

Once training access has been issued, no refunds will be provided, including for:

• Failure to begin or complete the training
• Failure to complete required modules or quizzes
• Failure to successfully meet course completion requirements
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Loss of internet or technology access
• Change of mind after receiving course access

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and a compatible device to complete the virtual training.

Course fees are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another individual.

By registering and submitting payment, the participant acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to this refund policy.
